About J-Star Motion Corporation
Jiecang Linear Motion Technology Co.,Ltd was established in 2000 in Xinchang, China as an OEM manufacturer of linear actuators and lifting columns. Due to our high standards, our products quickly became globally respected for use in medical and home care equipment. With an annual production capacity of 600,000 actuators - lifting columns and 200,000 control boxes, we have become a leading supplier for companies around the world.
We have over 600 employees, including more than 20 mechanical engineers, electronic engineers and mold engineers who use AutoCAD, Pro-E, Protel and other engineering software to design our products. Our factory is 270,000 sq ft held within five four-story buildings designated for office space, R&D and workshops specializing in metal processing, plastic injection, actuator assembly, lifting column assembly and electronics. In June 2014 we opened a 810,000 sq ft new additional facility.
January 2023 we officially moved into our new 465,000 sq ft factory and warehouse near Grand Rapids Michigan USA. We have now transitioned all of our US production into this new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
